This class works with basic techniques of kicks, punches, blocks, and stances. Plus, this helps transform your body and mind into a better shape.

Youth

This class begins the path of Taekwon-Do. Students develop the basic techniques of blocks, kicks, and stances.

Cardio Kickboxing

Welcome to your perfect workout. This is a highly intense punching, kicking, jumping, and sweat class. Our music will get you going!

Fight Club

Ages 13 and up. 

Welcome to our open sparring class, where participants learn martial arts combat in the ring. Here, there are no belts, uniforms, or attitudes to contend with. Our emphasis lies in mastering counter-attacks, combination techniques, footwork timing, speed drills, and engaging in sparring sessions with a variety of opponents.

DROP-IN STUDENT: $15

Taekwon-Do and kickboxing students have no additional fee.
